Before you start

You'll need:

• Admin access to your Okta org
• A Quotient admin account

Step 1: Get your SP values from Quotient

• Log in to Quotient
• Select Settings → Single Sign-On
• Copy the Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL and SAML SSO Entity ID values shown — you'll need them in the next step.

Step 2: Create a SAML app in Okta

• Log in to the Okta Admin Console
• Go to Applications → Applications
• Click Create App Integration
• Select SAML 2.0 as the sign-in method, then Next
• General Settings
  • App name: "Quotient"
  • Click Next
• Configure SAML
  • Single sign-on URL: paste the ACS URL from Step 1
  • Audience URI (SP Entity ID): paste the SAML SSO Entity ID from Step 1
  • Leave other fields as default unless your org has specific requirements
  • Click Next, then Finish to create the app
  • Continue to Step 3 to configure attribute statements

Step 3: Configure attribute statements

Quotient requires Okta to send the following SAML attributes, with these exact names:

• email
• firstName
